Many of our collections are handcrafted by skilled artisans in India using traditional techniques such as hand block printing. Due to the handmade nature of these items, slight variations may occur, making each piece uniquely beautiful.
Block printing is an ancient textile art form where intricate designs are hand stamped onto fabric using hand-carved wooden blocks and natural dyes. This labor-intensive process creates the distinctive patterns found throughout many Bleu Azure collections.
We proudly partner with artisan communities that utilize traditional techniques, natural dyes, and eco-friendly production methods whenever possible. Supporting craftsmanship, preserving cultural traditions, and promoting thoughtful production are important parts of the Bleu Azure philosophy.
Many Bleu Azure pieces feature artisan techniques and delicate fabrics. We recommend following the care instructions provided on each garment label to help preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece.
Orders & shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Eligible full-price merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchanged. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment. Eligible returns may receive store credit or an exchange.
Sale merchandise, permanently reduced items, promotional purchases, purchases made using discount or influencer codes, and other marked final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Yes. Eligible full-price merchandise may be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
