Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, collection launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100
  • Flat Rate Shipping of $10 on U.S. orders under $100

Shipping rates are calculated before taxes and after discounts.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bleu Azure is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Customs processing
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately at support@bleuazure.com. We will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Bleu Azure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.

Local Pickup

At this time, Bleu Azure does not offer local pickup.
