Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Shipping is free for all orders over $100. For orders placed through our online storefront, please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders are shipped on regular business days which excludes weekends. During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing may take 1-3 additional days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error.

 

Returns

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment. Eligible returns may receive store credit or an exchange. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase, please review the details regarding return eligibility, timing, and refunds carefully before submitting your return request.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products purchased may be exchanged for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange only.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your return is received at our warehouse for our team to review and process it. 
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • Items returned outside the 10-day window, or received worn, damaged, stained, or  without tags, will be returned to the customer. 
  • Items considered as "Final Sale" are those that are permanently reduced on the website and are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • We do not price adjust.
  • Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled (*excluding pre-ordered items). An order may be cancelled before it has shipped, however there will be a $10 cancellation & processing fee.
  • *Pre-Ordered items can be cancelled within three business days of purchase. After three business days, a pre-ordered item may be exchanged for store credit. 

Domestic Returns (U.S.)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bleuazure.com with your order number. 

Please note that we do not offer price adjustments once a sale or promotion has begun. Prices may change at any time, and promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchanges

If you wish to initiate an exchange, please note that in your return comments when you email us and add any additional details needed. Once we receive the dress back in it's original condition, we will be happy to mail you a complimentary size exchange. You are not eligible for an exchange if you use a promotional code, influencer promotional code, purchase during a sale or from our final sale section.

 

Store Credit

You are eligible for store credit within 10 days of when the item was delivered on FULL price items. Items that were purchased on sale or during a promotion are final sales. You are not eligible for store credit if you use a promotional code, influencer promotional code, purchase during a sale or from our final sale section. We do not allow store credit to be used on sample items or items that are heavily discounted.
